Re: Sims 4 DLC key not working

Hey,

I ordered the Sims 4 Snowy Escape on Sunday via CDKeys, and got a code. I took the code to the EA App and put it in and it registered as Snowy Escape. I continued and went to download it, but the download option was not there. Then I went to check the packs page, and it wasn't in my library. I truly don't know what's happened, as I went to my order history and it's there, but it doesn't have Snowy Escape in the title, just The Sims 4. What's even weirder is that in my Sims 4 game, Snowy Escape is showing that it's owned, just not downloaded. I genuinely need help, I've talked to EA via live chat and was simply told to go to CDKeys, so I did that and was told it was on EA's end because the code was new. Can anybody help? I don't want to simply get scammed out of my money.

    Hello @3dwardt25 

    If you're running into any issues with a code purchased through a 3rd party retailer, you'll need to reach back out to that retailer to look into a refund or replacement for this purchase. 

    Please also read over the post here for more information on where to safely purchase packs from.

    it doesn’t even matter now i managed to get it downloaded 😭😭 i don’t even understand why you’d suggest that though when i mentioned in the post that i talked to them and they said it wasn’t wrong on their end

    Which pack specifically are you having issues with, and where was this pack purchased from?

    Hello

    I talked with support but that site is bad and i did everything they told me to and still nothing . I cant even answer to them as those cases wont open, let me read or write to them.

    I brought both keys(horse pack and lovestruck) from G2A and they have on the games the name Preorder bonus ( i still dont know what that means)

    I reinstal the games and both DLC are not on the list

    I fixed it and still nothing

    I did App recovery still nothing

    I unistal EA APP still nothing

    I even open it as administrator still nothing

    I moved the files as administrator still nothing

    It still shows the games as in-game content.

    What else do i have to do??? Im stuck
