Re: Sims 4 DLC key not working
So I bought the Sims 4 For Rent yesterday, not through the EA game store. I got the code, put the code in and it said the download would start. However, no download started and it is saying I don’t even own the pack (it is showing all my other owned packs as ‘add-ons) I contacted where I got the expansion from and they advised to bring the issue forward here.
Then, this morning I tried again and repaired the game, pack was still not showing up as an add on on the EA app but when I went into the sims game without my mods installed the game was showing as owned but as I went into CAS the game didn’t recognise that I owned the pack.
I can send screenshots after I am currently away from my laptop. Please tell me I’m not the only one getting this issue.
