Try moving the mods folder outside the Electronic Arts folder to test. If the game works fine after that, you need to find a broken piece of custom content.

THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH. YES, I MOVE OUTSIDE THE MODS FOLDER, AND NOW GO OKAY. BUT, YOU KNOW HOW FIND THE ERROR IN THE FOLDER? 😳
Try putting the mods back a few at a time, try the game in between moving them.
And when the game starts acting up, you'll know what batch, then you sort through those and delete the one that is broken.
It could be more than one mod that is broken.
To fix the mods you'll need to ask the creator of the mods, or check if they posted an update.
