Re: Sims 4 game keeps crashing after the Life and Death patch

@onthita If you're using ReShade or GShade, please remove it and repair the game (EA App library > Sims 4 > Manage > Repair). You may be able to reinstall ReShede/GShade, but please test without it, and if you want to add it back, make sure to get the DirectX 11 version.

If that doesn't help or isn't relevant, please uninstall any Razer apps you have: Cortex, Chroma, whatever you can find. You may be able to reinstall them as well, but here again, test at least once without them.

Hi. Thank you. I tried both of those solutions too after reading a few other posts, however they did not seem to work either. I've managed to fix it now by uninstalling the whole game, and reinstalling it!
