@txsh38  That looks like a mods issue.  Try removing any UI mods you have, and delete localthumbcache.package as well.

If that doesn't help, or you don't have any UI mods, move your entire Mods folder to the desktop, delete localthumbcache (again), and test.  If the problem is gone, you can add your mods back in batches, testing each time; when the problem shows up again, you'll know that the cause is one of the files you just added.
