Re: Sims 4 Get to work Medical items showing up as red and white squares?!

@janelizv1  Please test a new save.  If that doesn't help, please try another new save, this time in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just load a new save and look at some of the currently-affected items.

If that doesn't help, try deleting and redownloading only Get to Work.  I'm not sure why, but sometimes, a full uninstall and reinstall doesn't help but this does.  GtW's folder is labeled EP01, and it'll be inside [install location]\The Sims 4, which is here by default:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Sims 4

After deleting it, Steam should allow you to reinstall the expansion.
