@sixlikesgoree My comment about the browser was in response to the fact that you can't get in contact with EA customer support. The underlying issue is account-related, as EA_Solaire has noted, and therefore the only fix involves getting help from a support rep. Since you couldn't make contact in the way you were attempting, I suggested a slightly different method.
Community ManagerIf you're not seeing the transaction for Growing Together in your Order History, please get in contact with the live support team so they can look over your account details with you a bit further and see what's going on- we wouldn't have access to your account details here on the forums to investigate this with you further.
Have you checked the Order History on your account to see if the transaction for Growing Together is stuck in a processing state?
As for your issues submitting your help request on the help site- what's going on exactly, are you not seeing any contact options, or is the help site not loading for you?
