- How do I check the graphics I have in game
- CMeki8 years agoHero (Retired)
In your in-game settings - graphics/display or something like that (my game is not in English, unsure of the exact words)
Please take a screenshot and post it.
Your graphics chip is really borderline, meaning it just meets minimum requirements, not even recommended. Alpha cc sometimes uses higher graphics than the game, which is why this might be.
Did you update your game or add any mods when this happened?
Could you try this:
- Move the mods folder from C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to your Desktop
- Create a new folder called Mods
- Add 1 piece of cc hair
- Check how it looks in game
Sometimes when using many mods they can mess each other up, so it's good to check with only one file. Also, make sure the one you use is new/updated and compatible with the newest update of the game
@CMekiI did the test with a couple of hairs and the eyelashes and it looked fine in game and in CAS. I think I might need to do a clean up of conflicting cc what do you think?
- Thank you for your help the game seemed to straighten itself out after I deleted some things.
- i did this and it found nothing worng with mine. except mine is orange strips in the hair instead of what the other person has
