There was a two hour wait on the Live Chat (go figure) 😕mileywink: Happy Holidays!

I tried one last thing after going thru the troubleshooting list.

Open Origin

Hover over Sims 4

Click on the 'i' More Info icon.

Locate Holiday Celebration Pack to vetrify it shows as installed

Right click on that pack fpr options to Check for Updates or Repair

The Repair restored the missing items
