Re: Sims 4 keeps minimizing itself unexpectedly

@dexxeris  Your dxdiag shows a few crashes of audio software provided by Asus for your laptop.  What sound output are you using when playing (speakers, headphones), and what kind of connection do they use?  Do you still run into the same problem if you use a different audio device?  For example, if you're using the built-in speakers on your Dell monitor, try headphones plugged into your laptop instead.  You should be able to choose the sound output device in Windows settings.

Please also let me know whether this problem occurs if you switch from fullscreen to "windowed fullscreen" (aka borderless) mode in the game's graphics settings.
