Re: Sims 4 Mods have filled my One Drive
I deleted the contents of the Mods folder from onedrive, leaving the folder in existance to test this and my one drive re-uploaded the content from my PC.
I have however over night found 3 possible solutions;
- Turn off syncing documents folder and move all the files you do want to sync to another directory
- Move the Mods Folder to another drive and then create a folder that is actually a link to the new location (One Drive throws up an error that it can't back files up accross a link.)
https://www.howtogeek.com/16226/complete-guide-to-symbolic-links-symlinks-on-windows-or-linux/ - Set up an exclusion rule for .package and .ts4script in onedrive (Settings > Sync and back up > Advanced > Ecluded file extensions
