@kawaiigurlemily  Did the computer come with the  RTX 3060 Ti? A couple of issues may be here. I looked up the spec for your model HP and it look like (maybe) a non standard 400W power supply. Nvidia spec for that video card is minimum 650W. You need to open the case and look at the label. If it is 400W you need to get a 650W.  This shouldn't be a big problem IF (and I say if) the power supply is a standard power supply.

@kawaiigurlemily  Your dxdiag lists two Sims 4 crashes, both breakpoint errors, so my first suggestion would be to the Nvidia graphics driver.  But it's a good idea to run a couple of basic checks on your Windows system files first:

    • Hit Windows key-X
    • Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
    • Inside the window that appears, copy and paste “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes, and enter
    • The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here
    • After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key-X again
    • Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator)”
    • Inside the window, copy and paste “sfc /scannow” without quotes, and enter
    • Post the message you receive here

Restart your computer, hit Windows key-i, select Update & Security, and click the box to check for updates.  If any install, restart again afterwards.

You can get the newest Nvidia driver here:

    https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/198400/en-us/

Run the installer as an admin: right-click on the download and select "Run as administrator."  Choose the Custom (not Express) option and check the box to perform a clean install.  Restart your computer after installing the driver and before doing anything else.

Additionally, a component of McAfee is crashing, so you may need to update the software or even disable it temporarily.  There are other antivirus options out there that may work better, including Windows Defender itself, depending on your needs.

@roberta591  I believe this is their computer based on the specs and model number:

    https://support.hp.com/emea_africa-en/document/c08320473

It has a 500W power supply, which should be sufficient for this build or else HP wouldn't be using it.  Nvidia's own spec sheet says the requirement for a 3060 ti is 600W, not 650:

    https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/graphics-cards/30-series/rtx-3060-3060ti/

which is still more than 500, but that would also be a major mistake from HP if the PSU were actually incapable of supporting the build.

@puzzlezaddict   I looked up a replacement PSU for HP model HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-2xxx (that's what in the dxdiag) and I saw a unque 400W power supply. EVEN if the computer shipped with a 500W PSU and the RTX 3060Ti specs out at 600W - that's a 100W shortage at least. Using ohm's law that means your coming up short 41.6 amps on the 12V rail minimum. Even if the PSU is a 2 rail PSU your still short! In case you haven't kept up with current events it seems Nvidia is having issues with their latest video cards. They have changed their specs more then once so I wouldn't  short on the side of minimum. If the system is looking for more then 500W that could cause the voltage regulators to short and well I would recommend having a fire extinguisher handy. HP is a master at building pcs at minimum cost. Therefore I stand by my answer and that is to open the case and see what is actually there and THEN make an intelligent decision.
