@alainna1995 Please clear Origin's cache:

and repair the game (again, if you have already): open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
@CrystalOrchid44 You can't repair when Sims 4 is running. Please quit the game and restart your computer, then try to repair without launching the game.

If the App thinks you do NOT own the packs you've purchased, let me know.
Hello, I've just encountered this today. I have repaired my game, but it got stuck on High School years, and Desert Deluxe Kit. I canceled those repairs and the rest of the pack/kits were just fine. Is there a way to help me with that? Thanks.

Otherwise, let me know exactly what you see, including any error message, when you try to download the two packs.
