Re: Sims 4 Shaky Screen

@DasBreenee  I'm not sure exactly what a shaky screen means, but perhaps it's stuttering or screen tearing (or some combination)?  If so, try enabling v-sync.  You can do so through the in-game settings, or via the built-in Nvidia Control Panel.  The instructions in this post, under the first spoiler, are for Sims 3, but the concept is the same; just use TS4_x64.exe instead of TS3:

It's also good to double-check your in-game framerates, which should never go above 60, the refresh rate of your monitor, when v-sync is enabled.  Bring up the cheats console (ctrl-shift-C) and enter "fps on" without quotes; the number will appear in the lower left corner.  ("fps off" makes it go away.)

Let me know if enabling v-sync doesn't help.  It would also be useful to see a video of the issue.  You can upload one to YouTube and designate it as unlisted, or upload it elsewhere for download.  This site doesn't handle video files very well though.

P.S.  Your dxdiag lists a couple of failed Windows updates.  Please manually run the updates: click on the Windows icon in the lower left corner of your screen, select Settings > Updates & Security, and click the button to check for updates.

No idea what happened, but I clicked to revert changes back to default and it fixed the issue.

So something in my settings must have been changed, and my computer wasn't handling it properly.

Thank you for your help though!
