Re: SIMS 4 This Code Has Already been Used

     When I try to reinstall the game it is asking me for the activation code again before it will even install the game. Do you have any solutions for this. When I use the code it says it has already been used. Which it has by me. I purchased the game new from amazon and i have played it for hours. It stoped working after I moved to a new house. I don't understand what is going on being that i never deleted it prior to this. I did delete the game and attempted to reinstall it although when i do this it just takes me to a screen and asks me to enter the code.

    Does the game still show up on your Origin client in myGames ?

    If not, try the following things (test if it's there after every step)

    • Log out and back in and make sure you use your email address and not your username to login.
    • Restart Origin
    • Reinstall Origin
    • Restart your router
    • Contact a game advisor (see below)

    Game advisors can be found through live chat or call-back

    5. Select a topic and describe your problem in a few words
    6. Click on the orange NEXT button
