@JoAryn  Would you mind posting screenshots of the settings you changed, or a description of where to find them and the exact values you're using now?  I ask because I've seen six other reports of this particular white screen issue and am still trying to find a way to help these people.  I have noticed some patterns though.

I'd also like to see a dxdiag from your computer to compare it to the others.  (Everyone else has an HP gaming laptop (mostly Victus, one Omen) with a 13th-gen Intel processor, and they're all using a DPI scaling of 120.)  Here's how to run one:
