@xdiscodelightx  Is Sims 4 installed on your internal drive or the external one?  I ask because your dxdiag lists a couple of crashes of the USB-C driver, and a couple of errors that could be due to a problem with the RAM or a drive.  I can see neither drive has a lot of space, but it's worth trying to install Sims 4 on the other drive if your download speeds are fast enough to make this a reasonable task.  Perhaps there are other files you can clean up to make more space for the game, at least temporarily.

    Hi,

I'm having the same issue.  The EA Launcher does nothing.  I moved Electronic Arts and The Sims 4 folders from Documents to the Desktop and nothing happened. I attached my DxDiag. Someone please help! I was playing this morning with no problem and tried to play after work and it's just not doing anything.

@endangered_sushi  The errors in your dxdiag are all from the EA App, mostly from its background service.  Try killing that in the Task Manager, after closing the App of course; the service will be in background processes.  Restarting your computer will also close all related processes.

If that doesn't help, uninstall the App with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine), and restart your computer before reinstalling.
