Are you using mods/cc in your game ? If so, please remove them

I disabled custom content in my game but the problem remains.

Could you try a new game for testing purposes to see if the same issue occurs there ?

This is to find out if it's the save game or a general issue.

I found out what the problem was.

Somehow the lot got corrupted. Maybe because the residential lot was created and saved without the mailbox. It appeared inside the living room when I first played a family in it. Then I moved the mailbox to a more convenient place.

The solution I found:

1- I evicted the family

2- I deleted the lot

3- I placed the house back in the lot (from my library)

4- I edited the house placing the mailbox where it should be, and saved the lot

5- I moved the family back into the lot
