I had the same problem because of my 4k screen. I changed the resolution to 2048x1152. It made it full screen and the UI bigger and able to actually read. Just try different resolutions until you find the one that fits your screen with the increase in size.
That's a bad idea, that's reducing the quality of the game, there is a much better solution and you get to keep your resolution to 4k.

but doesn't changing the resolution to a smaller size, make the graphics look fuzzy or at least not as good as the native resolution?
