Re: sims4 logo appeared and then freezed
I had a similar problem but them I resolved my own problem. my friend told me to DELETE all custom content and then it should work I did that - moved my custom mods/content to a different folder and tried again - this time it went past the sims 4 loading screen and went to the main sims 4 screen! it works!!!
I just made a folder on my desktop and moved my custom content/mods there. I tried playing my game again and it worked - all custom content was replaced by something else. I cannot still play with the custom content since it's not in the sims 4 mods folder but I will eventually move them back to the mods folder in my sims 4 folder and hopefully it won't stop playing and continue to allow me to play my game.
