Also having this problem. I have all packs except this one and some kits and I can't even get it to start downloading. The button just turns grey 

I am also not able to download it. After claiming my first pet stuff last night ( 24.11.2023) for free, I tried downloading it. Yesterday it kept on saying that there was a problem with downloading it / error, so I tried again today and all it does is continue to prepare to download and doesn't download. ( it's been preparing to download for atleast 20 minutes)

I don’t even have the option to download as the app thinks I don’t own the pack - but I do and it’s showing in the actual game that I own it but that it needs to be downloaded which is impossible! 

it is obviously an issue with the EA app but unsure how to resolve this as you don’t seem to be able to speak to anyone!

I also have the same issue. If EA is having a server issue etc. they should inform us, so people wouldn't buy them. It is not ok to buy something, see the money leave your bank account and then EA app saying that you do not own the pack. I didn't even get a confirmation email for my purchase, and I can't open my purchase history because EA won't send me the verification code. What is going on that so many people have the same problem, but EA is not answering anyone? :/

having the same problem as well. Purchased the laundry day stuff and book nook kit about an hour ago. Received order confirmation email and payment went through.

Not showing as being purchased on the EA app despite purchasing through there. When I open the game it says I own it but needs to be downloaded.

EDIT: Items finally showed up! cleared the cache again and they finally came up with the download button on manage add-ons. about 90min after purchasing

Same here, just purchased Discover University. Money is gone but the app shows that I do not own the pack. What is happening? ☹️
