Okay, so... I did a few things all at once, and I'm not sure what fixed it. I uninstalled the game like @Xiss0r suggested. When I went to reinstall, it said the DLCs would be installed along with everything else. This all happened about an hour after purchase. Once I started the install, the client finally realized that I'd purchased those DLCs as well. Now, while I was reinstalling, it got stuck in the "Preparing" phase, but I just cleared the EA app's cache and then it worked no issues. 30 minutes later and we're good to go. Everything is working as intended. Still, not a great experience.
