Summarize your bug so i purchased Get famous for the sims, was charged, order shows completed, yet it is not showing i own it in the EA app. I've reached out to EA and have not heard back from anyone. i really want what i paid for or a refund so i can try again. I've never had this issue before. i have done everything in this link: https://help.ea.com/en/help/ea/ea-app/find-missing-games-from-your-collection/ yet still nothing.
