@SoniUndLisi Can you go to build mode from the map on that lot ?
If so, try the following
1. Backups your save under a new name
2. Go to build mode and save your house to the library
3. Bulldoze the lot
4. Try if it then loads.
5. If it does, it's probably something in the house that's causing issues. You can try if it helps by just replacing it from the library. If not, you will need to hunt down what the issue is (let me know if you need help with that)
Second test to see if it's the household itself
1. Backup your save under a new name
2. Evict the household from the map and see if it then loads.
