@ally47568 Thanks for the dxdiag. Please update your Nvidia graphics driver, which is from January 2022. You can find the newest driver here:

Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Choose the Custom (not Express) install method, and check the box to perform a clean install. Restart afterwards and before trying to play.
If that doesn't help, uninstall Razer Chroma, which is crashing. If that doesn't help either, uninstall any other Razer apps you have: Synapse, Cortex, whatever you can find. It may be fine to reinstall them later, but please hold off until Sims 4 is working again.
And just to be clear, if you haven't removed the entire Mods folder, please do so while testing.
