Your graphics are pretty weak Try setting graphic options to low.

Alright I know I'm dumb. I'm not sure if you mean to change my graphics on my laptop or in the game, but:
1. I don't know how to change the graphics on my laptop. It will only let me change the graphics performance ?
2. For some reason, the game options menu for my game is broken and won't show me any settings (just the side panel that tells you what settings I can change, like Graphics, Music, etc.), so I reverted to the original settings to see if that would fix anything and it didn't.

I fixed it! All I had to do was move my folder "The Sims 4" out of the "Electronic Arts" folder to the desktop. Then I repaired the game in Origin and then ran the game and everything was fixed, including my game options menu being blank! Yay!!
