Let's see if I understand. First, everything goes like silk but the error message appears that the game is not installed when you really do have it. After the whole procedure of uninstalling and reinstalling the game, from Origin and clearing the cache, you cannot install the game from Origin. Is it like that?
If so, if you have Windows (or Mac), you should go to the folder where it is installed, starting with the Local Disk, Program Files, or the same but the x86 or how or whether it depends operating system you use, and you will find; on the one hand the Origin folder, and on the other the Origin Games folder.
The "Origin" folder has everything the program is. And the "Origin Games" folder is the folder where everything is where the games are.
Delete both folders and delete them permanently. Now, if you have a lot of games installed and it only affects you this one, one of two, or you do what I just told you now, delete both folders, or the other do the same but from the folder " Origin Games "delete only the affected game.
Whatever you do, if you end up removing it, make it disappear permanently from the "Recycle Bin", trying not to leave any residue.
