Hi, I did absolutely everything on the list and it didn't work for the legacy version. The 64 Bit version is working fine so far but I need the legacy version to create certain content. What can I do??
Why would you need the Legacy edition to create something. Legacy is more limited than the standard game. The standard game have everything that the legacy edition have plus it has access to the online Library and if you purchased any packs in the last year only the standard game would have access to that.
I am "No CC" creator and this version of the game is necessary for that
@imgingercoto It's odd that the standard version of Sims 4 would work but the LE would not; when only one version works, it's almost always the other way around. One possibility is that the interventions you did happened to not cover the LE, for example if you set an exception in your antivirus program for TS4_x64.exe but not TS4.exe. Or maybe you moved your Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts but not the Sims 4 Legacy Edition folder. Point is, please go through the list again and make sure to do the LE versions of the same interventions where applicable.
If none of that helps, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
