My game won't even start up.

After this it won't load and can't leave the sims 4. I have to shut down the computer to exit.
Don't worry, the problem was fixed. It had to do with Custom Content.
Although that problem has been fixed there is another problem. I know it has nothing to do with Custom Content, but I still have no idea what is causing the problem.

I press the play button. Then it exits out of Origin and a loading icon shows up like usual, but then it reopens Origin.

Move your mods folder to the desktop, delete localthumbcache.package file in the game folder and check if the game will start without it.
If it will work, then we will look for the guilty mod or CC which blocks the game.
If without mods the game also does not turn on then uninstall Origin by using Revo (free version)

and install again

But I'm sure that outdated mod or CC is causing it.
Thank you. The first method worked. Now all I need to do is go through 1,214 files.
Update #1: Found the file. It was the first one I tried.
Update #2: Never mind.
Update #3: I found the actual file but it restarted all of my progress.
Update #4: For some reason I now have two Electronic Arts folders
