cant play saved families

for about a while now my game start and when i try to play in live mode have been weird or not working. all add pictures on how it looks at the end. 

when i start the game everything is fine, i can build and make a sim but i cant play. my houses dissapear and if i try to play an already made household i cant. i'll just get the screen where you pick a world. and if i pick the world where they live in. the houses ive made and the families have completely dissapeared. and other houses have warning signs above them. or if i join another family. they just wont show up. ive uninstalled the game, repaired it. turned off mods. deleted localthumbache. etc. i've had it once before almost a year ago but i forgot how i had solved it. has anybody also had this problem and so yes. how did you fix it?

    I have the same problem! none of my saves work, I can't recover or delete them and when I try to start a new save my game crashes.. It says Error code 22 but nothing I read online works to solve it

    Apparently Windows Security stopped Sims 4 to be repaired?(my computer is not in eglish so idk if the names make sense)

    I happened to look at my notifs and it showed me that ts4.exe was denied access from changing it's files because its a secured folder (so stopped from repairing it guess).  

    Go on ransomware protection* and then on blocking history* and on my computer it showed me that access to a secured folder was denied. Click on the arrow down then at the bottom controlled folder access settings* then again at the bottom you click on something that allows you to give permission to certain apps to change folders/files. Click on the plus and then recently blocked apps, choose ts4.exe and repair the game again. I hope it makes sense, maybe someone can explain it better.

    for me it isnt blocking my secured folder or anything else that might make my game glitch.

    1in2g2wif62b​  Is a new save affected too, or just old ones?  Please test with your Mods folder removed, not just with mods disabled—apparently this setting sometimes doesn't fully disable mods.

    i did some research on the error code i had, error code 109. and im going to delete some mods

    i have fixed the problem by deleting all of my mods and cc, but now if i place one mod/cc back, doesnt matter what mod/cc the problem appears again.
