Hi! 

My sims 4 game won't launch after the update yesterday. I played the day before with no issue. I have tried every fix I've found and nothing has fixed it. I've repaired the game, uninstalled Sims and EA and reinstalled, made sure the computer is up to date, installed visual C ++ files, and installed Sims 4 in a different location besides program files. I've completely run out of hope that I'll be able to play Sims on this computer again. It's a windows 7 professional. I can't even figure out how to factory reset this computer so I can just start over and play sims. I'm so frustrated! 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
