Not sure what you mean by training meter ? Do you mean the meter in CAS ?

I mean the ability.. Like for example when she learns how to play the guitar or something...
Oh, you mean your Sim has maxed out the Fitness Skill ?
That doesn't really have anything to do with the weight. It's just the skill. If the Sims keep eating to much and be a couch potato, they can still be fat even with maxed out skill.
So as @Phantomlover1717 said, keep training

You can check the meter in CAS. You can use the fulleditcas cheat to see it it and if it's not all the way up, you can still make her slimmer with training.
Hi again,,, I´ve got a new problem with my sim... Something started burning in my sims apartment and she died... Isnt she supposed to be able to put out the fire with a fire-extinguisher??
To put a fire your Sim needs to be told to extinguish it. Usually they're freaking out. Another method would be a fire prevention system with sprinklers.
Yes I told the sim to put out the fire, but she didnt... Okay so there are sprinkles in the game.. Where can I find them?
It can take a few tries. To find the sprinkler use the search box, it's called 'Fire prevention system utility panel'.

I didnt find any sprinklers, but I found something else that I put on the wall.. It said something with fire,, does that work?

Has your original issue been resolved? If you not, and you've checked that the sim's meter in CAS says he/she is thin, then the sim is just built to be that way. Fear not, with the CAS full edit mode you can change them to look thinner by dragging their body parts. For example, if they have a stomach that sticks out (a pot belly), turn the sim to the side and click on and drag their stomach.
Reminder on how to enter the cheat:
Type Ctrl+Shift+c to open the cheats dialogue box
In CAS type "testingcheats true" in the box and hit Enter
then type "cas.fulleditmode" in the box and hit Enter
Hello again.. Hope you are good.. Now I play with a new sim, all from the beginning,, She is a cop and she has to do two missions to get promoted,, She has to patrol and go to a crime scene... It says in the info that I have to go with her to the policestation and choose the missions on a noticeboard.. I can choose patrol but not go to a crime schene.. Does she do that automaticly??

In this case though, to go to a crime scene, you need to get a new case.Click on a computer and choose Get Case Assignment
You'll get a message telling you that you have a new case
The Crime Map will be empty. Click on the only available option, maybe something like Map Case (?)
Anyway, after that, the Map will change appearance and you can travel to the crime scene, or go on patrol, whichever you like 🙂Tell me if there's anything else you're wondering.

Oh that computer?! I didnt notice sorry,, I havent used that yet but I will when I play later tonight.. So I can choose the crime scene on that computer?
No, but you need to use the computer to start a new case (Start Case Assignment), then you can add the case to the map and after that visit the crime scene.

It worked,, she got promoted. Now se has to interigate a suspect,,, is it the suspects that are in the cell at the policestation? Because it doesnt say interigate when I click on them,,
There is an interrogation room, with one table and one chair on each side. If you have arrested a suspect, you can click the table and choose to interrogate them.
But you need to have made an arrest first. If you have not done this, continue with the event tasks in the upper left corner, like "analyse evidence", "put clues on map", until you have enough clues to arrest someone (put out an APB)
