Lagging-crashing-not able to save

  • No mods
  • No CC
  • Yes expansion packs

This issue started after the latest update.

I noticed it as soon as I booted up the game when the store and sales notif screens popped up it lagged, I was able to exit out of them but then anything I tried to do in the home screen was severely delayed. I was able to exit the game and restart it, the sales notif screen didn't pop-up but I was able to actually go into my world and start playing.

I played for about 5 minutes before it started lagging and then it froze, I tried to exit the game and it got stuck on the saving screen I tried to force close it, first with the windows button and exiting out in the hotbar-the screen turned white- and then with alt+f4 the screen stayed white, I wasn't able to minimize the application I had to force close by restarting my PC.

I attempted to play again and same thing happened, same result, had to restart my PC again. Has anyone else had this issue?

    012028181ff66a49​  Do you still need help?  If so, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
