Yeah, as I thought, your processor is below minimum requirements.

Lots of people have this issue with the same processor

All you can do is either consider a better computer or contact customer support to see if you can get a refund for the EP

    @kabaoforever  Your going to need more then the 128Gb ssd to run that computer. The Windows operating system bloats - it is just what it does. 44.9Gb is not enough for the Windows operating system. The video system is borrowing 1999Mb of system memory which leaves 2Gb of memory for the game and the operating system. A weak processor, a weak video processor (known to have issues with sims titles) with little to no driver updates, and low system free storage is going to have issues.

  • I an having the same issue, but I checked the requirements and my computer should work just fine. I also deleted custom content, but that didn't work. It still lets me create a cat, but not dogs. And I have Sims 2 and some Sims 3 packs that I didn't install with Origin, so I will loose half my stuff if I get a new computer.
