hopeless - though they gave me the hats, which I didn't really want, but had already anyway! Another hour on the phone & eventually got 2 new keys. Content reappeared in Origin, but still not in the game. I've paid GBP 35.00 over the cost of the basic game, and all I've got is a cheap booklet. On to Amazon tomorrow for a refund!
