When you load the CAS you'll have just a regular Sim. Go down to where you "Add Sim" then choose "Add Vampire" from the options given. This should make a vampire Sim and you can just delete the generic random one you started with. Hope this helps!
It wont even give me the option to choose vampires I even started a new game to see if it would work I have sim option pets genetic and play with genetics o down loaded the pac so why am I missing the best part of it this sucks
Select New Sim then Occult then Vampire.
