Re: Vampires Create-a-Sim - missing features.
When you load the CAS you'll have just a regular Sim. Go down to where you "Add Sim" then choose "Add Vampire" from the options given. This should make a vampire Sim and you can just delete the generic random one you started with. Hope this helps!
