@meddanponjevic  When you removed your mods and custom content, did you delete localthumbcache.package as well?  That occasionally helps.

Otherwise, maybe someone else will have a better idea, but I don't know of a way to fix this once it's broken.  You could try selling and rebuying the business; if it doesn't work to your liking, just quit without saving.  Or you could try reverting to a previous version of the save.

If neither of these is what you want, it might be better to ask on the MCCC Discord server.  I'm not at all an expert in reading these logs, but it looks like a lot of the info on hired waitstaff is missing.  Why this is, I have no idea—maybe the data is corrupt, maybe the sims were culled, maybe something else—which is why it would be better to ask people who know how to translate this info.
