Game not launching

I have updated nvidia, repaired sims and have restarted my computer and the game will not launch. No custom content.
Another thing, I bought this game in 2009 on Origin but EA is now showing that I need to relink an account to continue playing. Origin no longer exists for me to reconnect anything. I have bought so many add ons for this so I am fuming.

mandy247 Are you trying to play Sims 4 or 3? Sims 4 was released in 2014, and Sims 3 in 2009, which is why I ask.

Let me know, and please also describe what you see when you try to play. If you get an error message, please post a screenshot.
