Thanks for the reply. It turned out to be the lot I was living on 8n brindleton bay. Not sure what happened but when I moved to a new lot the washer worked fine.

This isn't solved. This bug just started in my game, two different saves. See my feedback, #14
I get this in my game from this week. It has happened on 2 lots and the only fix I found was selling and buying a new washing machine and upgrading it. I tried not upgrading and it didn't seem to matter.
