Re: What to do if after reinstalling my game, the saves are in file but not in game
@faithiol First, please right-click on one of the save files you moved and select Properties > General, then find the file path under Location.
Next, open Sims 4 and find the user folder the game is reading:

If the location of the save does NOT match the folder Sims 4 is reading, that's your issue, and you need to move your saves and other content to the correct folder.
If the file paths are the same but your saves still aren't showing up, please post a screenshot of the contents of the folder that contains your saves, as in, I'd like to see the save files themselves.
What's true of saves is true for everything else: mods and custom content need to go into Mods inside the folder Sims 4 is using, and Tray files inside the corresponding Tray folder.
