Does it appear on all skins or just certain ones ? Could you upload the Sim that has the issue to the gallery and test in a fresh save to see if it also appears ? If it does, could you give me the name of the Sim so I can try it in my game ?

    I tried to do a fresh save and pulled him from the public gallery, still had the same skin markings showing up. I also changed the skin tone to see what would happen, and when I selected a darker one I saw exactly like the issue you shared with me where the skin was covered in that extreme pattern. I tried a lighter tone and it still happens, though it's harder to see. The sim's name is Forrest Kobayashi.

    @crinrict I feel like such an idiot now; I didn't have the uncompressed sim box in the game setting clicked, but as soon as I put that on and restarted the game the sim's complexion returned to normal. Thank you so much for your time!
