I was looking up graphics on this site:

Some of the GT cards may not run the game or expansion packs that well or at all. What I am concerned with is that the game isn't finished yet, there will be more packs offered, game updates and Origin updates that are required to be able to play the game. I don't want to suggest something with a graphics card that won't handle the game that well. Or quit working because it can't handle the game anymore.

Some of those links didn't offer the power supply information, so I don't know if a better graphics card can be dropped into some of those desktops.

Though any desktop that you're interested in, you might be able to contact the seller to ask about the power supply.

If the power supply is 500w or better you can add a new video card later on.
