Re: Worlds not showing up

@stormphoenix13  Are you saying no worlds at all show on the world select, or only that you're missing a few?  Please clear the EA App's cache:

https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

and repair the game: open your game library, hover over the Sims 4 icon, click the three dots, and select Repair.

If this doesn't help, please load a new save and use the filters in CAS to see which packs are loading.  For any pack not installed (or not loading), the game should tell you that you don't own it or similar, and you can also check to see whether a given pack's items actually show up in CAS.  This is just a test; it doesn't matter if you can't get into live play.

@stormphoenix13  When you say completely base game, do you mean no mods or custom content either?  If not, please remove your Mods folder and test again.

If that's not the issue, please reinstall the game internally and let me know whether you still see the issue.  I'm wondering whether the problem is the SD card or its interface.

@pugleton  Try deleting and reinstalling only the Cats & Dogs pack.  Open the Sims 4 folder that contains the game's program files, and you'll see an EP04 folder, which you can trash.  Then open the Delta folder inside "The Sims 4" and delete the EP04 folder there too.  These are the default locations for EA App and Steam installs, respectively:

    C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Sims 4

If you play through the EA App, make sure the App is closed and the EABackgroundService is NOT running in the background before you try to delete the folders.  Once you've deleted them, restart your computer, open the game launcher you use, and download a new copy of the pack.

Please test in a new save with no mods or custom content present.  If the new save is fine, you can go back to an existing save.  The household you created should also be available in your in-game library to place in whatever save you want.
