So I've been dealing with many issues since the latest update. Incompatible game data and 6 build items removed from only my latest save before the updates. I've mostly fixed these issue by having to sacrifice my save files (insert devastation here) uninstalling, and reinstalling the whole game and starting anew. Here's a thing that might be good to mention. Steam sale prices were cheaper than origin sale prices so I bought the base game through steam and a few expansions there as well and have both the original origin version and steam version showing in my library. both versions (digital deluxe [origin], and basic base [steam]) seem to be working fine together now.
Now on to the actual problem I am facing.
Using CTRL-SHIFT-C should open the command console but I'm not getting it to open. What I am getting though, is the in game screen capture taking screenshots instead when I press all keys simultaneously. Holding CTRL-SHIFT before pressing C gives me no response to the command either.
Nothing else is set to these keys, I can't find existing articles regarding this exact issue, and I have been at this for 2 days now with absolutely no existing suggestion working for me. I'm really losing hope for this game.
Is there a way to turn off the in game screen capture system so I can try and eliminate this possible confliction issue?
Edit: command shortcut also does not work in manage world section.
