Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I have been trying to get my purchased expansions back for many YEARS now. Hours of chats for people to tell me something different every time..

I purchased Dog & Cats probably around 2019 or before.. and I had Cottage Living right around the time that it came out so 2021. The only "proof" I have access to currently is that I have saved games that require those 2 expansion packs (and Paranormal Stuff pack which I would have purchased in a bundle with... probably cottage living). 

I don't understand how to get this problem resolved and I am so frustrated with EA over it.. I do not want to repurchase the expansions because that is money I could spend on others???  Anyone else have this issue?
