Re: Fairy Garden EA app Error - "Game Ownership Disabled or Deleted"

I get the same message when I try to repair the game in EA App for Windows. I have full access to the content otherwise, but am unable to run the repair on that particular pack. 

At least you have full access to the game. I can’t see the fairy wings or other items included in the pack which is the reason why I got this expansion pack in first place 😢 I spoke to an EA advisor via chat and he just told me to wait…. Well they took my money though …. So why should I wait ??? 

I'm having this exact issue and I have proof that I purchased the pack. I've tried to clear my cache, restart EA, and I get this pop-up when I try to repair the specific pack. 

I am having this exact same issue as well. I've cleared my cache and everything also. Now my repair is incomplete and my game is in this paused state.

I actually forgot about the wings issue in CAS. I had another issue in CAS, and was still having issues with my mods, so I ignored it at the time. I couldn't find the "Acquire fable" choice when talking to certain fairies, so I tried to repair the game and encountered this problem. And now can't play.

I also had this issue. I was trying to repair my game while troubleshooting show live edit objects cheat not working and once it tried to repair this pack it said I didn't own it. I cleared my cache and restarted my cp and it was fine. The cheat still isn't working though. 

This is happening to me too! I am able to load into the game, but when I try to go to the new world it wont load! Its just a blank white screen and I have to close out my game:( I deleted the whole Sims 4 folder as well. No mods or cc in my game!

I'm having the exact same problem and I've tried everything. I am getting so frustrated and don't know how to solve this.

And now my game can't connect to wifi so I can't access the gallery. The hell EA!

I am also having the problem and have tried everything suggested by others such as uninstalling and reinstalling. (What a pain) This is so frustrating. EA has had enough experience to stop the game from breaking.)

I am having the same issue and i even uninstalled all sims 4 and the ea app and reinstalled it all, still same issue. Are we going to get a fix for this or is EA going to refund us all?
