Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Español
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.69.59.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Batuu and Island Living
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use the game in window mode and try open cheats console
What happens when the bug occurs? CTRL+SHIFT+C does not work
What do you expect to see? CTRL+SHIFT+C work at both modes, full-screen and window-mode
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

@leo3487 Merging this with the cheats FAQ. I always play in windowed mode and have no issues.

Make sure that the window is selected when you enter the cheat.

Also try other suggestions on the first page.
