Buzzing Noise While Sims 4 Is On

So, it's been new in the last month or 2 now. When I run the sims 4, a buzzing noise runs the entire time the game is running. It never used to do that. This is a brand new bug. I had my brother make sure it wasn't my computer, it's not my computer, it's unique to whenever I run the game. It's super annoying,there's no way of turning now the buzzing while the game is running. I tried playing with the volume settings within the game.  I essentially can't stand playing the game anymore due to the buzzing issue. I love playing while I have tv shows on and it's just too overpowering that i either have to shut my stereo off or not play the game.  It's unfortunate this is a new error that's driving me bonkers. 

Oh well, maybe it's a sign to get off the computer and get a life. But, I do hope they fix it.

    frecklefoo​  What sound device are you using, and does it help to unplug it and use a different one?  I realize you may not want to play like this, but it's a helpful test.  Please try headphones if you haven't already, plus built-in speakers (on the monitor or laptop).  And let me know whether the buzzing happens when you have the game muted, or the system overall.

    It's definitely the game and not my computer. Whenever I'm running it, it's this loud buzzing squeal noise. I can't play the game with the noise, it drives me crazy. I know EA is not going to fix it. I'm SOL unfortunately. It's forcing me to give up playing the sims it's so annoying.

    frecklefoo​  Okay, but this isn't normal; it has to be at least in part due to your setup, or everyone else would have it too.  So please answer my other questions.

    It's not the speakers, I did try others plugged in.  I can mute the game in the game, and it still makes the buzzing noise. It's doesn't buzz at the main menu or in the create a sim areas. When you're in live action mode,it buzzes. I play with the volume within my game it still buzzes at the same volume. I tried playing with the volume on my computer and it still buzzes at the same volume while in live action mode.

    frecklefoo​  To be clear, with ALL sound from your computer muted, at the computer level, you still get the buzz when you're playing?  And this is true no matter what sound device you currently have connected, or if you have none connected at all?

    Can you describe the buzzing noise a bit?  An audio recording (like from your phone) would be great, but if you can't manage that, at least some idea would help.

    Please also provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
