Hi, I seem to be having issues trying to have the cheat menu pop up on my PC. Just to be clear, I upgraded from a laptop to my current PC and before, everything worked fine. The issue only started to appear after I started playing on my PC instead. Any help is greatly appreciated.

This would usually mean that a background process on your PC is already using the key combination Ctrl + Shift + C.
To test if this is the case, I'd recommend to clean boot your PC and then test the game and see if the cheat window opens with the key combination.

If the game works after that, it means a background process is causing the issue. You can then follow the steps in the above article under "To figure out what's causing the problem" to find the culprit.
