Hi! Yesterday after the sims update I received an in game pop up saying that the video card wasn't recognizable. I've used the same laptop for years and never had any issues until now; I have a windows 11. I'm not entirely sure what the issue is. I've looked at the graphics info on my laptop and it says "Found 0...Supported 1." I've checked my laptop for updates and uninstalled/reinstalled both the game and EA, and nothings changed. My drive hasn't change either and the game was able to find the video card before. Any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated.
